Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas, United States for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
