Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information MyFinanceMyntra collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
Last updated July 22, 2026
The short version
Our calculators run entirely in your browser — the financial figures you type are never sent to us or stored on our servers. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful, and we display advertising, which involves cookies set by Google and other vendors. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time using the links in section 5.
1. Who we are
MyFinanceMyntra (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website myfinancemyntra.com. This site is operated by MyFinanceMyntra, a company registered in the United States at 100 Congress Ave, Suite 2000, Austin, TX, 78701, United States.
Our day-to-day operations, including editorial and technical work, are carried out from our office at 1875, Ardee City, Gurugram, Haryana, 122003, India. This means personal data may be accessed by our team in India — see section 12 on international transfers.
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at Contact@myfinancemyntra.com, or through our contact page.
2. Information we collect
Information you never send us. Every calculator on this site computes in your browser. Salary, debts, balances, home prices and every other figure you enter stay on your device. We do not receive them, store them, or transmit them anywhere.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics providers record technical information when you visit:
- IP address (typically truncated or anonymized by our analytics providers)
- Browser type and version, operating system and device type
- Pages viewed, time on page, and the link or search that brought you here
- Approximate geographic location, derived from IP address at city or region level
- Interaction events such as which tools you open and which links you click
Information you choose to give us. If you email us or submit a form, we receive whatever you include — typically your email address and the content of your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the website and its tools
- To understand which content is useful so we can prioritize what to build and update
- To diagnose technical problems and protect against abuse, fraud and security incidents
- To respond to messages you send us
- To display advertising, including personalized advertising where permitted
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
We display advertising to keep this site free to use. Advertising is delivered through Google AdSense and may involve other third-party advertising vendors and ad networks.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
- Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies and web beacons to measure the effectiveness of the advertisements they serve.
Your advertising choices. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
- Opt out of Google's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- Opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative.
- Review how Google handles data from sites that use its services at Google's partner sites policy.
Opting out of personalized advertising does not remove advertising — you will continue to see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
6. Analytics providers
We use third-party analytics services to understand aggregate site usage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics — traffic and behaviour measurement. Privacy policy. You can opt out site-wide with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity — aggregated usage and interaction analysis. Privacy statement.
- PostHog — product analytics. Privacy policy.
8. How long we keep information
Analytics data is retained according to each provider's configured retention period, typically 14 to 26 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
9. Your privacy rights
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Our legal bases for processing are: legitimate interests (site operation, security and aggregate analytics), consent (advertising and non-essential cookies where required), and legal obligation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used and shared, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, email Contact@myfinancemyntra.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption in transit and restricted access to any systems holding personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because our calculators run in your browser, the most sensitive information you handle on this site never leaves your device in the first place.
12. International transfers
MyFinanceMyntra is registered in the United States and operated from India. Personal data collected through this site may therefore be accessed and processed in both countries, as well as in any country where our service providers operate.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this means your data may be transferred outside your home jurisdiction. Neither the United States nor India is currently the subject of a general adequacy decision covering these transfers, so where such a transfer takes place we rely on appropriate safeguards — principally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with technical and organizational measures restricting who can access the data.
You may request details of the safeguards applied to any transfer by contacting Contact@myfinancemyntra.com.
13. Links to other sites
Our content links to external resources such as government agencies and financial institutions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. Material changes will be signalled by updating the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and where required we will seek your consent again.
15. Contact
